I had the pleasure of participating in CREW Houston’s Mentoring & Leadership Special Workshop – “Unleash Your Talent by Understanding Your Style of Performance”- by Elke Laughlin. I was impressed by the presentation content and delivery. Not only was the program incredibly insightful, but Elke’s engaging presentation style and dynamic personality were immediately apparent as the workshop began. In addition, her ability to actively engage within a group, initiate meaningful dialogue, and create thoughtful processes to develop professional skills was truly outstanding.
